We participate with our local Blue Cross and Blue Shield as well as First Priority this allows use to accept almost all Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans including but not limited to BC/BS PPO's, BC/BS traditional, First Priority HMO and PPO, Federal Blue Cross, Independence Blue Cross, Capital Blue Cross, Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicare Secondaries, and many others. SELF PAY
We make care affordable. For people who do not have health insurance we offer very affordable self-pay plans. Our fees are fair - and we have many different payment plans. For your convenience, we accept Visa & Master-card, Discover, checks, and cash.
We never turn anyone away based on finances. If you are committed to getting the care you need, we will do whatever it takes to make payment options work for you. Details can be discussed with the doctor during your consultation.

AUTO ACCIDENTS AND WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION
If you have been injured either as a result of a car accident or due to an on-the-job injury, your care is almost always covered 100% by your auto policy or your workman's comp policy. We never turned anyone away based on finances. If you are committed to getting the care you need, we will do whatever it takes to make your comp coverage (respectively). Details can be discussed with the doctor during your consultation.

- Must contain six providers
- Three of the six must be physicians
- Providers as defined in the act are more than just physicians
- Each provider's name, address, telephone, and specialty must be listed
- Listed providers must be geographically accessible
- Listed providers must contain specialties appropriate for the anticipated work-related medical problems of the employees
- If a particular specialty is not on the list, and the specialty care is reasonable and necessary for treatment of the work injury, the employee will be allowed to treat with a heath care provider of his or her choosing -Martin v. WCAB (Emmaus Bakery), 652 A.2d 1.301 (Pa. 1995)
- Employer must provide a clearly written notice of the employee's rights and duties
- The notice must be signed at the time of Higher, whenever changes are made in the listing and at the TIME OF INJURY
- The employer may not direct the employee to any specific provider on the list
- The employee may switch from one designated provider to another
- If the employer's list of designated providers fails to comport with the act and the regs, the employee has the right to treat with a provider of their choice and after 90 days the employee may treat with the provider of their choosing
